A Job for Gordon in India
Gorodn Brown is due to make his (first?) visit to India quite soon. I learned today that India does not have a cultural partnership agreement with this country, something it has with 74 other nations. So what, I hear you ask? What bureucratic nonsense is this? Well, it may just be a piece of paper, but it’s important. Already it has meant that an important exhibition of Indian art sourced in the UK was stopped from going to India. It would be a nice gesture for Gordon to sign the agreement when he goes out there, not least to emphasise the incredibly important cultural links between India and the UK - currently being highlighted by Celebrity Big Brother.

Let’s just hope that Gordon Brown can convince the Indians that not all UK citizens are like those shown on Celebrity Big Brother.
Ed, I hope you will be adding your name to those complaining about the bullying and racism on CBB against the beautiful Shilpa Shetty. Listening to the vile comments coming out of Jade Goody’s mouth make me feel ashamed to be British.

While I am shamed at the comment on CBB. People need to wake up to real world. White, Asian and Black people all have some raciest comment said about them at one point in there life. I think the media is spending too much time on this story. The media and politician need to wake up to the real world.
