We are obviously thrilled to be able to deliver on our manifesto commitment to cut taxes year on year. You are dead right that Livingstone's hike will eat into the benefit that Hammersmith and Fulham taxpayers get from the 3% cut - but the increase in the Mayor's precept still won't wipe it out. Every taxpayer in the borough will get a good tax cut this year. Thanks for the plug.
